The villa is spacious with a stylish sitting room, separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. It has 4 double bedrooms: 3 twin bedded rooms and 1 double bedroom. The villa also has 3 bathrooms, 1 en suite.
The upper floor features a large sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool and with wonderful views towards Óbidos Lagoon. On the ground floor, the sitting room has a marble open fireplace.
The open
plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a large
refrigerator, gas and electric hob with electric oven and a washing
machine.
Opening off the kitchen is a dining area with a large oval tabel and
seating for 8. Through sliding french doors leading to the patio and
pool, there are views of the lagoon.
