Upstairs, the villa has a sunroom with full length sliding patio doors opening onto a large sun terrace with a built in barbecue and far-reaching views across the lagoon to the sea.
The colourful, mature garden is very private and is on several levels. A dining patio area with built in barbeque is accessed directly from the villa, with an attractive swimming pool and patio area with sun loungers on the lower level.
The pool also features a solar cover to retain heat in the early and late season.
